THE MASSAGE SESSION CONSIDERATIONS AND TECHNIQUES
The massage session will begin after the examination and palpation maneuvers, balances or appropriate tests that must be properly recorded in one of the numerous standard files that each of the therapists must have and jealously guard.
To facilitate efficiency we will take into account a series of technical elements that are necessary in each of the massage sessions.
WHICH ARE:
Rhythm:
It will have its variants according to the technique, that is, relaxing, therapeutic, sports or aesthetic.
Since this will depend on whether it is fast and energetic or slow and smooth but always uniformly with precision and amplitude.
The intensity:
There should be no sudden or violent maneuvers. Remembering that the pain threshold is not the same in all, so the intensity will create a variant according to the profile of the consultant.
Remembering that this will always be from least to greatest, discovering the appropriate one for the client's profile, managing to create a sedative of relaxation to something faster and deeper to release tension.
WEATHER
The massage should cover an appropriate time so as not to create an inadequate sensation where the consultant has the feeling of having attended very quickly or have the concern that the therapy takes a long time, what is the lack of satisfaction in the consultant can affect our work.
The massage must be aesthetic but even more important it must be functional, achieving a purposeful massage, an intelligent massage.
